Well, I think I have not updated my blog too much. I don't know perhaps I was just too busy at work. Yeah I just realized how busy I am at work and I do not have time blogging. What's the update by the way? Yes, I just love the new version of bittorent and I really enjoyed downloading movies and music here. In fact, I started downloading some of the latest movies nowadays such like Resident Evil After Life and the Knight and Day. Cool isn't? Worst Philippine News

I hate to think this but I guess Philippine tourism is damaged again. Yes again! Ahhh... how I hate sometimes the policemen here in the Philippines, they seem coward and were not committed in their job.

It is true that their task is not easy, but once you are committed to become a policeman you know the risks that it can take you. I guess policemen not just here in the Philippines but all over the world knew that their life might be at risk if they are going to commit on this kind of job.

But when I saw the news earlier in ABS-CBN TV Patrol World it seems that most of the police were afraid to die, they prefer to stay safe than sacrifice their life. I am not saying that they should have to really sacrifice their life to death but they should have at least proper training and initiative how to solve this kind of problem.

My God I can't believe Philippines have been the headline of the news all over the world today, and it is not good news but I guess one of the worst news that Philippines currently have. So sad to know = (

The Reason Why I like Nirvana Band

My beast friend (that's how I branded him though) have told me what band I like and I answered him Nirvana because I like Kurt Cobain so much! And then he asked me back. What?! You like Kurt Cobain? He's a drug addict and he is not a good example to the youth nowadays. And I told him; "I am not after on his being a drug addict nor his being not a good example to the youth today, because what I am looking on is his bright side, the positive side of my idol Kurt Cobain.

It would be very long if I would write all Kurt Cobain's biography and about his life. But he is really interesting, a very smart person and very talented. He has a hidden talent that no one has. If only his family guides him well also his wife, perhaps Kurt is still alive now and still rockin' on with us.

Assumption "Dormition" Of Mother Mary - Got The Idea From The Holy Mass Today

When we attended the holy mass earlier with my mama, I so loved the homily and the way the priest delivers it. It was about Mother Mary and her assumption to the heaven which is also called "Dormition". There are speculations that Mother has died due to the fact that she had been suffering from loneliness the time his son Jesus Christ was tortured and died in the cross. Actually, that was all I am thinking too as well. I was thinking that Mother Mary was really died due to the mourning she felt remembering his son's suffering from the cross.

But the truth is, Mother Mary was just fallen asleep and believed that Jesus carries her up into the heaven. She never died. Her body and soul has been taken by his son Jesus Christ to heaven. That's how much she loves her mother. In fact the priest relates it to a son or daughter who had been working abroad. When the son or the daughter gets the chance to have a stable job and life abroad, they called up their mother and get them into the place where they experience a better life because they want their mother to be happy and experience what they had been experiencing too. It just like Jesus, she gets her mother to heaven perhaps he also wanted her mother to feel the same way too just like what he felt and experienced in heaven.

Since then even until now, we children loves more our mother than our father. It is because mothers are mostly the one who sacrificed much just for her kids or children to have a better life. It is a lesson that most of our children nowadays especially the teens to remember to love and respect our mothers, after all what they wanted is for our good in the journey of life that we are about to start yet.

Malling With Sister

I had a great time touring around Limketkai Mall lately with my sister Russel. Since I have been working at home, it is seldom for me to go out. I always isolated myself at home, working and working until I realized I felt bored. So I decided earlier to go out from my shell and chill. Ahhh... it was a great feeling.

We ate at Greenwich with my favorite spaghetti, chicken and rice (wew!!! that's full of carbohydrates huh?!) but anways, it was still great and besides I haven't tried it for long. We had shoppping as well, we bought some fancy dresses but it is still cute, love it though. After a long, full of tummy and tiring mall exploration we decided at last to get home.

Though it was only a short period of time, the whole time I had been there with my sister was all worthy

You're Not Alone

If you feelin' down and you don't know what to do. If you're too hurt and no one to turn to, you shouldn't have to lose hope. There are a lot of people concerning much about you. Crying might be your outlet, but it would be nicer to cry to someone you can lend on. It's not yet the end of the world, until you are still breathing life must go on. Always be optimistic, remember you are not alone and everybody hurts sometimes. You must have to hold on, fight against all the trials and circumstances in life, because someday if you won't give up you will realized you became stronger and cautious that you don't want to feel the same way from the past.

Someday

Yesterday, it was my mama’s birthday it is supposedly a happy day but for me it turns out into a disaster. My boyfriend and I had a great talk over skype, until I decided to ask he’s Facebook account. For once it seems that he wouldn’t want to give it to me, and then I told him I would want to give my Facebook account too.

Take note, my boyfriend for me I think is the most jealous kind of man I’ve ever known. He seems like he own my life. He tried to manipulate me, the way I dress what to dress or what’s not. He would even manipulate me what places to go and where’s not. For seven years he had been like that to me. But I managed to accept it because of the love I felt to him. I am a very proud girlfriend, his name is mostly the one came out to my mouth every time we had a bonding with my friends. He keeps on telling me to wait for him since he’s a sailor boy. He told me that there is only three months to go and he will be home. Whenever I think of it I can’t help myself to giggle because of the excitement I felt.

But all of those fantasies had shattered, when I opened his Facebook account and read the messages and sent messages he had. God help! It feels like my world is vanished. I don’t know, I didn’t feel my heart beating. He still exchanging messages with his ex-girlfriend and the messages are all sweet like they were together again. God that time I felt like melting, I couldn’t describe what I feel it’s just so painful that I felt like I’m numbing. How can he do this to me? That’s what first strikes on my mind. For seven years he lied to me and it really hurts like its killing me. All my dreams about him suddenly shattered. It’s no easy to move on, but I know I can make it.

There are sayings that “once the glass is broken it would never be fixed and if it could be it would never be the same again” which I really agreed with, just like TRUST. Though we haven’t had any closures or we haven’t talk yet about what I discovered, it makes me feel scared of him, scared of trusting every word that would come out to his mouth. I don’t know if our relationship will still worked out, but one thing for sure someday if we wouldn’t be together anymore I could find the right man for me. Someone who would genuinely make me feel that I am special someone who would be proud, honest and adore me for the rest of my life. Someday I will find him and I would be happy as what I wanted for my life.

The Best Pizza I've Ever Tasted

I really had a great time with my friends last night eating pizza in bfb. The pizza we ordered named KnickerBacker was ohh so yummy! We really were very much full that I couldn't think of eating my dinner when I get home. And the beverage that they had taste fabulous! It was called "Cooler" something? I forgot it's exact name though but it really taste so good.

My friend as well ordered lasagna, full of cheese and so yummy too! Since we ordered a lot of food, we hadn't finished it all and instead we brought the leftovers at home lol! The Best About Mexitalian Cuisine

It has been 3 months now since I haven’t updated my blog perhaps because I am so busy at work. Indeed, my brain is so drain that I couldn’t think of such topics to write about. Thanks to the Mexitalian Cuisine, they had given me the idea what to write on my blog. It was last Saturday when me and my workmate had been invited to the said establishment and see what we can get there. It was an awesome experience, you want to know why? Because they have the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! In fact, it can be compared to those famous pizzas in town like pizzas in Yellow Cab, Greenwich and Pizza Hut. And the Tiramisu really taste great!!! I don’t know what kind of dessert it is, it’s like a cake or ice cream but all I can say is that its taste was really awesome!

A last goodbye to our dear Mama Bebing

I am a bit tired, I haven't had a good sleep since last night. But it's all okay, everything is okay. At least my Mama Bebing's funeral goes well. Yes it's been sad but we have to accept it, she's in another world and I guess she likes it there. She had been suffering for years because of her illnesses and at last she rest in peace now. She had been a second mother to us, a very loving, caring, understanding and the best aunt we had. We called her Mama Bebing, not just because she's my father's older sister but because she is really like a mother to us too.

For our dear Mama Bebing, Rest in Peace and we hope that you are happy now wherever you are. It's been years that we haven't see her well though she is just isolating herself to her room, because we felt afraid to show up with her because she would cry a lot. We were afraid that maybe that would cause her too much depression and self pity due to what she had been. So whenever we visited her in their house, we were just trying to sneak on her room so that we can see her face and what she'd been up to. Until the last time that she couldn't make it anymore and decided to give up.

She has been a good sister to my father too, and the best sister in-law of my mama. That is why lately, my mama couldn't dare to see her on her coffin for a last glimpse because we know that she would burst rivers of tears if she would see her. She just walked away with that awry face, trying to hide her face from crying. It's been really hurt but life must go on... Because we know that she's happy wherever she is now. Again Rest in Peace Mama Bebing we love you much and thanks for everything=)

Overcoming fear in public speaking

Are you preparing yourself for a public speaking? Perhaps you were nervous of that coming day. Since you do not want to be booed in front of the public as what you are expecting to happen when you could not deliver your message well, you are making your best to make it perfect. We cannot deny the fact that speaking in front of the many audiences is a dilemma, no matter how hard we do on our practice if we are already in the middle of the stage we cannot stop our knees from trembling, we suddenly lost from what we are about to speak because we have been blinded with the anxiety and nervous we feel. Many of us want to escape from this problem, to overcome the fear of public speaking, the tips below is one of the great ways.


Prepare optimistically

Be positive about your subject. Avoid worrying of yourself, instead get excited about the subject you are about to tackle. Think of the fact that you are delivering something significant to your audience that could help enhance their personality or their perspective in life. Choose the topic that you are expert with, though you are sharing a monotonous type of subject but putting life through your speech could give great impressions.

Stop thinking to be perfect

As much as possible, avoid thinking of yourself to be perfect. Most of the first time public speakers want to be perfect in front of the audience because they were afraid of mistakes and embarrassments. Remember, these are the factors that would feel you anxious and the more anxious you feel the more mistakes you will get. Just be yourself, all of us can take mistakes because nobody is perfect. If you get mistakes during your public speaking presentation, do not take it as a major consequence to your success, instead accept it positively and take it as a challenge. For your next time public appearance learn from your mistakes and develop some skills to recover through it quickly.

Stop thinking of your past experience

One of the reasons why most people are afraid of public speaking is due to the bad past experiences that they had. In their recent time those experiences could remain as a traumatizing event that they hardly forget. If you think this is one of the reasons of your fear in speaking in front of the public, visiting a therapist or counselor who focuses in trauma and phobias would help.

Avoid hassles and relax

Before your presentation, relax yourself and avoid from any hassles. If your presentation would already be in the next day and you have troubled falling asleep drinking one glass of warm milk will work. Thinking some relaxing and pleasant thoughts could also help. Listening to a relaxing music or reading could push you to sleep. Above all, just be yourself during your presentation think of your audience as the people who were craving of information from you.

He surprised me again!!!

January 22, yes that was definitely yesterday. I was still in my deep sleep when my cell phone rang which was just beside me (since I used its alarm clock to wake me up), I was a bit appalled because when I picked it up I saw my bf’s name on it. Wooohh he’s calling me that early?! Wow! That was weird huh?!

It is weird for me because, he’s not used to call me with that early kind of time. During our conversation, I can imagined that he’s grinning over me, it makes me feel irritated because it’s only five something in the morning, and to think that I set my cell phone’s alarm clock at 7:10 am, to rush myself to get ready at work at nine.

Over the phone he told me to get up because I’m going to be late at work, oh my… he knows what time I should have to go to work, why the hell he’s still waking me up?! Despite of it, I still enjoyed our talks anyways. While in the midst of our conversation I heard a paging and he suddenly hanged it up. Again, that was really weird.

I never mind it at all, though I am a little bit worried because maybe he’s in the hospital since he told me that he’s in their house just lying on his bed. So I was thinking that maybe he’s in the hospital and he just doesn’t want to let me know because I might feel worried. Well, of course I would be worried! Despite of it all, I tried to sleep back though I never succeeded to. So I just opt to wake myself up and prepare myself to work.

When I was on my way to our office, I couldn’t forget those weird unprecedented calls my bf had. Then, when I crossed in the street to reach our office, someone’s whistled on me, so I searched who it was. Tadanggggg!!! It’s him!!! Yes, exactly my bf is there at the corner of our office. My gossshhhh I couldn’t believe it.

Now I realized why he suddenly hanged his phone when I heard a paging, because he was in the airport that time and he’s trying to hide that from me. Ohhh crap, I forgot that my man really loves surprises. You know, we’ve been together for almost seven years and hopefully last to forever. Though our story is truly sweet, but we have to make sacrifices because of the distance we had. Yes, we been together still despite the so called LDR or Long Distance Relationship we have.

Being committed with someone, who you could not be with all the time especially during the especial occasions like Christmas, New Year and more is not easy. You have to have the strengths, courage, the trust, honesty and being patience if you really want to make your relationship last. Asking me why we have a long distance relationship? Well, it is because of his profession.

He’s a sailor; though he haven’t sailed yet on the ship he longed been dreaming but he already have the key to reach it. Yes, if you would ask me if it’s hard for me to handle this I would answer, definitely yes. But I have to; because he’s all I want for life lols! And I know that’s what he wants to. We had been through all the circumstances, but still we’re together, getting stronger and happier. I have heard a lot about the seaman’s motto “Every port report, every place replace” it sounds funny, but I wouldn’t believe that my man can do it, I have tight trust on him and I know he couldn’t do that to me.

I just hope that for the coming years, we still together whatever we may encounter in our relationship.

Black Nazarene Procession

I know that it is late for me to post about the Black Nazarene procession last Saturday. Oh well… think about what day we are today. But I just wanted to share the feelings that I felt during that time. It was totally amazing, self-fulfilling and totally worthy. I admit my feet were really aching and it was really a tiring long procession but I didn’t think of it though. I think about all the different people devotedly following the Black Nazarene.

I wouldn’t consider myself as one of the devotees but I truly believe in him. I am not really religious but I do love and trust him. During the procession there are different people reciting the holy rosary and holding lighted candles. We never bring a rosary with us yet we still recited the rosary and we brought with us lighted candles as well.

Before the procession began, a mass was held in the Cathedral church. We are late in attending the mass, and besides we cannot enter the church already because of the many people inside and outside the church. So we just waited outside until the mass was ended and the procession began. We never had the chance to sit even for awhile since we were in the cathedral church until the procession ended that is why I really felt that day that my feet was numbing. It took us two and a half hours before the Black Nazarene reached his final destination.

What makes me amazed about the procession since some of the followers had physical disabilities. Despite the long hour procession these disabled people together with their wheelchair were still determined to sacrifice. It made me realized that I am fortunate enough to have a complete me, that make me feel not tired at all despite the longed hour walk. Black Nazarene is not just miraculous but the best!

Five great resolutions to consider for job hunters this year of the tiger

The year 2010 is just here, and we could not stop thinking of the many changes that would about to happen along the days and months. Every New Year most of us wants change whether within ourselves or within our surroundings. Traditionally, resolutions have been made every New Year. If you are one of those who wants change especially if you are looking still for a job, perhaps the resolutions below could help you achieve your goals in life.

1. Stay Positive—though this kind of resolution is considered as one of the most difficult kind of resolutions; however it is as well the most important resolution to follow if you want to get a job faster compare to your other friends. Most of the employers could feel you, your skills and attitude instantaneously. This is why despite all the situations you had been it is always been great being always optimistic.

2. Broaden your job horizon—do not limit yourself to only one kind of jobs. It would be a good idea if you would broaden your horizon when looking for a job. Though you do not have the skills or capabilities of that certain kind of jobs but if you try you would eventually learn it along the process. This is a good way as well that you could discover the hidden talent that you have.

3. Prove yourself during all the interviews—if you had been just on an interview and you get disinterested after the 5 minutes meeting don’t get discourage immediately. Stay genuine and try to get engaged in whatever the interviewer is discussing with you. Because you will never know that the job they meeting over with you are not the job you were expecting and instead they would offer great job for you.

4. Consider relocating yourself for a position—try to relocate yourself in a new city, town or province for a job position offered to you. Try to look for large establishments with offices around your country so that you could get skills and some ideas where the skills you have are needed.

5. Always prepare yourself for any interviews—always be prepared. It does not matter if you were interviewing to be a cashier or any big position the most important thing to think is that you are well prepared of your interview time.
