The Swine Flue Hazard

Recently, the swine flue disease has been spreading all over the world. The risk and the hazard that it contributes to both human and animals particularly to the swine is like a warning to everybody for preventions. Basically, the disease came from the pig or swine. People who can easily get the disease are those who were working at the poultry and of course to swine. Some symptoms of the person who have been infected by swine flue include sore throat, cough, headache, fatigue, chills, fever, diarrhea, body aches and vomiting. If ever you see a person that give sign like being mentioned above, it is advised to immediately send him/her to a doctor for a proper examination.


On the other hand, swine flue can be prevented. In fact, it is easy for us to avoid the said disease such like the following:


  1. Often wash your hands with warm water, soap or hand sanitizers and alcohol to ensure that your hands are clean especially when you were very much exposed to the public.
  2. Never touch your nose, hands and eyes if you have not washed your hands yet.
  3. If you seem like coughing, cover your mouth with a tissue and after coughing throw the used tissue immediately after using. You can also cough in your elbow or your hands but make sure to wash it after.
  4. And lastly, you should have to get a vaccine which is the best way to avoid the hazard of the swine flue disease.
