Rain says: It's not over yet!

Waaaa... After last night, I was thinking that the rain would never come back. Then I was wrong. When I wake up this morning, the rain starts pouring again. Cold wind starts to blow, and I started to feel worry. Not only because of the unfortunate flood victim people, also because I couldn’t wash my clothes, especially my uniforms. What happen to our weather here? It seems that the rain has never an ending. Could it be possible that it will continue until next week? Oh God please don’t let it be. I miss the sun, when is he coming back? Goodness it can’t always be like this. I really hope that next week, the rain will pity on us and give the sun to shine again.

Heal our city make it a better place

After four days of the spontaneous rain that devastated our city, at last the rain stopped. Though there is a bit sun flickering above, still the cold breeze of the wind never stops us to worry of thinking maybe the bad weather isn’t over yet. After those horrifying flood, heavy rains and strong angry wind numerous properties are damaged. A lot of families are housed in the different evacuation center, families who were victims of the said calamity. Finally, the battle against this natural disaster is over. But is it really over? Perhaps it is for this day however, it wouldn’t be over unless we stop abusing our mother earth. The abusive cutting of trees in the hinterland of our city is one of the many factors why we had experienced this kind of phenomenon, various subdivisions established in the mountainside is the second. There are in fact a lot. Previously, the city is rich with green lushes. But as the years continue to grow old, the city never look any good anymore, it even look more worst every single of the day. Despite the innovative technology introduced and already widely used in the city, the battle would never end against this disaster if we will continue ignoring the significance of our environment.
