The easiest way to avoid the Swine Flu disease

I am not a mother nor been married, but we have kids living with us; my niece who is eight years old and my nephew who is 4 months old. When we talk about kids and relate it to the rapid spread of the swine flu disease, of course they are more vulnerable to it and it really worried us much. There would be a high possibility that they would easily get the virus from the infected person (hopefully it’s not going to happen). Though the virus never reaches our city yet, still we worried much because it is already landed our country. In fact it has been reported that there are already 147 cases of swine flu here in the Philippines since the first case was discovered.

Though the swine flu virus was still circulating within the area of Manila, we could never deny the fact that we have been anxious about it considering the fact that some of our family and love-ones are there working. What if they would go home for days from now? What if they were already one of those swine flu carriers and we didn’t know? Everything would be possible if this virus could never be thwarted. As we noticed, older people who had been the victim of the virus have suffered from it, how much more the kids?

I have read some articles on how to prevent the virus. And it’s just really easy. Just keep on frequent hand-washing. Using hand sanitizer or alcohol has a big role in stopping the spread of the virus as well. But never let your kids take some Tamiflu if they don’t have shows any sign of the swine flu disease. Swine Flu as they said is a traitor type of disease, though it can be curable however it easily spread and could kill if not been treated as soon as possible. Therefore, consistent hand-washing is best advice.
